RETURN POLICY

At EZKAL we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your online purchase. If you received any merchandise that you are unhappy with for any reason, we will happy give you a credit voucher (valid for 3 months), refund or exchange your purchase (special requirements for jewellery apply) providing the following conditions have meet:

  • Return the item within 14 days of the date of purchase.
  • Your original order confirmation number is provided as proof of purchase.
  • Original tags attached to all items.
  • Item in original condition, including unworn and unwashed (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done.)

We do not refund on any items sold under promotion or sale where the checkout price differs from the standard buy price. Although we are happy to provide you with a credit voucher or an exchange under these circumstances only.

Exchanges are only permitted on size or colour variants of the same style. Subject to product availability.

 

JEWELLERY

Each of our pieces are handmade as part of limited collections, consequently we do not offer refunds. However, beside complying the general Return Policy above, we can provide you with a credit voucher (valid for 3 months) or exchange for another jewellery piece of different size, colour or item of the same price.

 

Steps to submit your return

To submit a return email us support@ezkal.com and let us know the reasons you would like to return your item.

We will provide you with a shipping label so you can return the item. Print your return label and make sure it completely covers the original label when you stick it onto the satchel. Alternatively, present the digital copy at your post office and they will print it for you.

Please take note of your return reference number. This number can be used to track your return via Australia Post.

 

The Refund / exchange / voucher approval will be pending until we check the received items and will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Provided the conditions in our refund & exchange policy have met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment.

 

To qualify for free return shipping within Australia, your original order must be over $100.
